We are a small team based in Albufeira, and we have been looking after homes in the Algarve for ten years. Everything here is done by us. Our own housekeepers prepare the apartments, our own maintenance team fixes what needs fixing, and when you write to us, you are writing to someone who knows the house you are staying in. Nothing is handed off to an agency. We do not take on every property we are offered. Each one is chosen for a reason: a terrace where the evening is worth sitting through, a street quiet enough to sleep in, a five minute walk to the water. If a house is not good enough for our own family, it does not go on this site. We also know the Algarve past the postcards. Ask us where the locals actually eat, which beach stays calm when the wind picks up, or what to do on the one grey day of your trip. We answer in minutes, in English or Portuguese. Travelling with a baby, arriving at two in the morning, need a quiet room to take a call? Tell us before you come. We will do our best.
